Commission ToS!

Thank you for considering to commission me! Please read through the following terms before ordering, I will ask for confirmation & if you agree to them. I promise this is all brief!
1. Commission Process
1.1 How to Order:
Please note I only work with clients over the age of 18.
To place a commission, please either fill out form here or message any of my socials! Please include references, details, & anything specific you want (such as pose, expression). I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.1.2 Payment:
I require full $USD payment upfront via PayPal. Once I’ve received payment, I'll begin working on your piece.1.3 Artistic Freedom:
I work in a vibrant, toony style with saturated colours. This means that when you commission me, your character may be stylised with brighter, more saturated colours or changes to details like proportions & overall design.
2. Pricing & Payment
2.1 Price:
Prices are based on complexity & style. You’ll get a quote before I start working on your commission.2.2 Refunds:
Refunds are allowed to be requested at any time during the commission process until the piece is finished. I reserve the right to reuse sketches for YCH’s or adopts if an order is cancelled.
3. Delivery & Revisions
3.1 Timeframe:
Most commissions take a maximum of four weeks. I will be communicative throughout the process & will let you know if there’s any delays.3.2 Revisions:
Once the sketch is approved I won’t make major changes, but you can request as many small revisions as you want during any updates.3.3 Final Artwork:
The completed commission will be sent to you digitally via email, Discord or Toyhouse.
4. Usage & Copyright
4.1 Artist's Rights:
I am the copyright holder for the artwork & I retain the right to showcase the artwork in my portfolio or on social media. Character credit via link will be provided on social media post.4.2 Personal Use:
You can use the artwork for personal purposes (such as social media, prints, etc.), & edit the final piece, but please give me credit via link to my Bsky or Toyhouse when sharing online. If editing the artwork, please state that it’s edited in the post’s description.4.3 Commercial Use:
If you want to use the artwork for commercial purposes (like merchandise or advertising), please let me know. I only allow unedited versions of the artwork to be used this way. I will not apply additional fees for commercial use.4.3 Watermarks:
As of 14th December, 2024, my artwork will now be watermarked. A version without the watermark will be sent for personal use. If uploading to social media, please use the watermarked version.
5. Communication
5.1 Updates:
I’ll send you progress updates, and you can give feedback at each stage. Please respond within a reasonable time so the process doesn’t get delayed.

Adopt & Design ToU!

Please read through the following terms before buying an adoptable design!
1. Pricing & Payment
1.1 Payment:
If purchasing with money, I require full $USD payment upfront via PayPal. Once I’ve received payment, I’ll send the image’s via email or Toyhouse transfer. I do not do holds or payment plans.1.2 Payment via Art or Other Designs:
I am unlikely to trade an adopt for art or designs unless I know your style will fit my story characters or Maverick, or the design fits my preferences. You’re free to ask though!1.2.1 Timeframe:
If I accept art, the timeframe to complete will be 4 weeks. If you cannot get the artwork(s) done in that time, please do not offer art. If there is a reasonable delay I would be able to increase the timeframe if you communicate with me.1.3 Pricing:
Price is advertised on the post. Adopts are priced depending on factors such as: complexity of the reference sheet, complexity of the design, extra artworks etc.
2. Ownership & Copyright
2.1 Copyright:
I retain the copyright to the original artwork of the design. Editing the artwork is okay as long as you keep the original, and state what edits had been made. I do not claim copyright if a base was used, which would always be credited if I have done so.2.2 IP Rights:
Upon purchase, you receive full ownership of the character’s design, including the right to use it for personal projects and for commercial purposes. I do not retain any intellectual property rights.
3. Usage Rights
3.1 Personal Use:
You are free to use the character for personal purposes (e.g., personal art, stories, roleplaying, etc.).3.2 Commercial Use:
You may use the design for commercial purposes, such as selling merchandise featuring the design (prints, shirts, etc.).3.3 Resale of the Design:
You may resell the original design for however much you want, but please keep the pricing fair.3.4 Adding Your Own TOU / Trade-locks:
You cannot under any circumstance add your own TOS/TOU to my designs after purchasing, including trade-locks or claiming others can’t colourpick the design, can’t become inspired by the design, or lightly reference the design.3.5 Prohibited Actions:
⋆ Do not claim my designs as your own creation.
⋆ Do not use my designs for hateful or offensive activities eg. bigotry related artworks, NSFW of minors or ferals (real animals).
⋆ Do not trade the design to anyone on my blacklist. Purposely doing so may lead to you being blacklisted yourself (eg. buying a character to immediately give to someone on the list).
4. Refunds
4.1 Refunds:
I do not do refunds, all sales are final. Please be sure about your decision to purchase before finalising the transaction.

Mod team removed image (only punishment he received) but singled me out because he didn’t like me. Misgenders me, also draws & writes sexual stories involving minors from the Sonic franchise.
